TNUSRB common recruitment examination 2017 results, cut-off announced

The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) declared the results and cut-off of its common recruitment examination 2017 on July 7, 2017 on its official website tnusrb.tn.gov.in and tnusrbonline.org.

The board began registration to recruit police constables, jail warders and firemen on January 23, 2017 and the applicants were allowed to submit their applications till February 22, 2017.

About 10 lakh candidates applied for and according to media reports 5.5 lakh have appeared for the examination. The board is looking at recruiting a total of 15664 vacancies. The posts will be offered to men and women.

TNUSRB 2017
TNUSRB conducted recruitment examination May 21, 2017 in various centres across the state. The exam was 1 hour 20 minutes long and a total of 80 marks were asked on general knowledge and psychology.

Earlier this month, the board released the preliminary answer key for the multiple-choice questions (MCQ) based exam and the candidates were given time to raise objections.

  • A new page will open displaying region-wise links
  • Click on the link of the centre appeared for exam at
  • Check the register number in the pdf file that opens
  • Take a print out for future reference
