Facebook's experimental app group team has launched a messaging app called Kit for  Apple Watch  to help users connect with close friends. Kit, which stands for keep in touch, works with  Facebook  Messenger and lets you send messages with one tap, including audio recordings, emoji, location sharing, scribbles or dictation input, reports Tech Crunch. The app, currently available for iOS users, also allows the user to receive and respond to notifications as well. While the main  Facebook  Messenger app already supports Apple Watch, Kit is focused on keeping in touch with close contacts, such as a significant other, a best friend or a family member. "Kit makes keeping in contact from your watch easy. No more struggling to navigate a tiny screen to find the right option," reads the app's description. As the burden of atrial fibrillation (AFib) in India makes it an important health issue, the Cupertino-based iPhone maker on Thursday brought its much-anticipated ECG app and irregular rhythm notification feature to Apple Watch users to India. Available with an update to watchOS 6 on Apple Watch Series 4 and later, the ECG app and irregular heart rhythm notification feature will help users identify signs of AFib, the most common form of irregular rhythm. "We are confident in the ability of these features to help users have more informed conversations with their physicians," said Sumbul Desai, MD, Apple's Vice President of Health. Apple Inc is not only doubling down on the iPhone X , it's tripling down. The world's most valuable company plans to launch three new phones soon that keep the edge-to-edge screen design of last year's flagship, according to people familiar with the matter. The devices will boast a wider range of prices, features and sizes to increase their appeal, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing unannounced products. However, none of the three iPhones will be wholly new designs like the iPhone X was last year or the iPhone 6 in 2014, with some inside Apple labelling the launch as an "S year", a designation the company has given to new handsets that retain the previous design but add new internal features.
