Business Standard : It's time to keep track of your sleeping hours because according to a recent study, people who sleep for 7 to 8 hours per night performed better cognitively than those who slept less, or more than this amount. As a part of the study, more than 40,000 people from around the world participated in the online scientific investigation, which includes an in-depth questionnaire and a series of cognitive performance activities.
