Samsung unveils Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy S20-series, Buds+: Details here

South Korean electronics manufacturer Samsung on Wednesday unveiled its 2020 flagship smartphones at a global event, which was held in San Francisco. At the event, the company unveiled the Galaxy S20-series of smartphones, along with the Galaxy Flip Z foldable phone.

Unlike last year, Samsung unveiled three variants of the Galaxy S20-series, all with 5G network support. The phones are named the Galaxy S20, the Galaxy S20 Plus and the Galaxy S20 Ultra. The Galaxy S20-series smartphones get major updates with regard to design, display and imaging experience. Samsung uses a 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED screen across variants. However, the three models would have different screen sizes.

Imaging also get major bumps, both in terms of sensors and value-added features. The Galaxy S20-series brings higher-megapixel camera modules, featuring more than three optics on the vanilla S20 and four rear sensors on the S20 Plus and S20 Ultra.
